Terms & Conditions
These terms govern booking and providing guided tours through ludwig.guide.
1) Seller

The seller is not VAT-registered.
2) Subject
The subject is a guided city tour of the scope and on the date set in the booking. Tours are provided in Slovak and English.
3) Booking and payment
You book by choosing a date and entering your details. Payment runs through the secure Stripe gateway. On booking, the amount is only pre-authorised (held) on your card – it is charged only after the guide confirms the date. If the guide does not confirm, the authorisation is released and nothing is charged. A booking that is not confirmed within 7 days expires automatically.
4) Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), per person, and are final. The seller is not VAT-registered.
5) Cancellation and refunds
– Free cancellation is possible up to 24 hours before the tour starts; any amount already charged is refunded in full.
– For cancellations later than 24 hours before the start, or for a no-show, the payment is non-refundable.
– If the guide cancels (e.g. weather or illness), we will offer an alternative date or refund in full.
Refunds are issued the same way the payment was made (to the card via Stripe).
6) Complaints and dispute resolution
Send complaints to ludwig@ludwig.guide. As a consumer you have the right to alternative dispute resolution; the competent authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (soi.sk). You may also use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
7) Final provisions
